Original Marriage Room

Accommodates up to 50 guests.

A truly historic wedding venue in Gretna Green, the Blacksmiths Workshop is presented to you as it was in the 1700s when the Blacksmith Priest married runaways over the original Anvil.

Forge Marriage Room

Accommodates up to 50 guests.

The Forge Marriage Room is decorated with artifacts from the era of the horse-drawn carriage for you to admire. Couples marry over the famous anvil within this room. A traditional wedding venue for runaway couples within the Famous Blacksmiths Shop

Elopement Marriage Room

Accommodates up to 20 guests.

The Elopement Marriage Room has a rustic feel, with wooden plinths for candles, exposed beams, original white-wash walls, and a splash of Gretna Green authentic tartan. Located within the Gretna Green Experience, the Elopement Marriage Room is perfect for couples looking for an intimate runaway wedding ceremony venue, or for small weddings of up to 20 people.
